Jim Caughey
Board Member

Jim has been a long-time supporter of Willow Creek Ranch, volunteering in a variety of roles including sponsoring horses, performing handyman tasks, and helping with general ranch operations. He also engages members of the WISILL Hunter Retriever Club to support WCR’s property needs and improvements. Jim was elected to the WCR Board of Directors in April 2024.

Jim’s love of animals began in rural Pennsylvania, where he grew up with horses and German Shepherds and worked on local farms helping with hay, milking, and harvesting. “I was taught by example to always respect and help others whenever you can. WCR exemplifies the values I was raised with, and it’s a privilege to be involved with the Ranch and its mission.”

A Navy veteran, Jim has led and managed business units across financial, education, municipal, and pharmaceutical/biotechnology sectors. He is currently president and owner of his own consulting agency.
