Hally Barr
Co-Founder, Treasurer

Hally Barr is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner with a master’s degree in accounting from Texas A&M University. She specializes in internal audit and has a 25-year career spanning public accounting and leadership roles at major financial institutions. Hally is currently a Senior Director at TIAA, managing teams of auditors across multiple regions and businesses.

Hally met Jennifer Kann in 2005 through a chance encounter with Jennifer’s father, Fred, at a local honky-tonk in San Antonio, Texas. Their shared passion for helping children and adults with special needs led to the founding of Willow Creek Ranch. She serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors, providing guidance on tax, accounting, and audit matters.

Hally lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband, Walter.
