Hally Barr, Treasurer

Hally Barr is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. She holds a Masters in Accounting from Texas A&M University and specializes in Internal Audit. Her twenty-five-year career began in public accounting at KPMG and has included positions at various large financial institutions. Hally is currently a Senior Director at TIAA, managing teams of auditors spanning multiple regions and businesses.

A chance meeting with Jennifer’s dad, Fred, at a local honky-tonk in San Antonio, Texas, brought Hally and Jennifer together in 2005. Their shared passion for helping children and adults with special needs led to the founding of Willow Creek Ranch. Hally currently serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors, offering guidance in matters of tax, accounting and audit.

She currently resides in the suburbs of Chicago. Her free time is spent at home with her husband, Walter, and two dogs Henry and Poko.
