Jennifer Pape, Founder

Jennifer Pape is a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor and has more than 15 years of riding and horse experience. Jennifer has pursued various continuing education courses; Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), spinal cord injury and autism.

Using her horse experience and medical knowledge of physical, occupational and speech therapy, she decided to become an Instructor. Knowing what traditional therapy can do for children and adults, she decided to combine her love of horses to offer therapeutic riding to children and adults with special needs.

Jennifer founded Willow Creek Ranch in June of 2007 to fill a growing gap in the field of physical and cognitive health services in the area. This form of therapy presents children and adults the opportunity to build self esteem and confidence in order to fulfill their dream of riding a horse.

Jennifer enjoys teaching riders to groom, tack and learn basic riding skills. As an instructor, she started to see the difference a horse can make in participants lives. From riders who are non-verbal to those learning independent riding skills, she realizes what an important role the horse has made in the lives of others.
