Katie recently joined Willow Creek Ranch, bringing valuable expertise in banking and retail operations to support the organization’s growth and development. She serves as a Relationship Banker at a local Wisconsin bank and has experience managing teams, projects, and day-to-day operations.

Elected to the WCR Board of Directors in April 2024, Katie also serves as Board Secretary, helping ensure the board operates smoothly and remains aligned with WCR’s mission. She contributes project management skills, critical thinking, and a practical perspective that help strengthen WCR’s business operations and organizational practices.
